Welcome to Swift. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Swift website (swift.so) and the Swift AI Operations Platform (the "Service").
Important Notice: Swift is currently available as an Early Access (Beta) platform. Features may evolve, and the service is provided on a best-effort basis during this phase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Swift, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Swift provides an AI Operations Platform designed specifically for Chartered Accountant firms in India to automate client communication, document collection, follow-ups, and GST workflow management.
Disclaimer: Swift assists with operational workflows and does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax and regulatory obligations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Swift. If you are using Swift on behalf of a firm or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other user accounts.
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by Swift or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Availability & Beta Disclaimer
As Swift is currently in Early Access, the Service may experience interruptions, bugs, or data inconsistencies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
